    I’m Karolina, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: I’m not an engineer but I am ridiculously technical. I can dive into product architecture, challenge a dev team on roadmaps, or dissect a go-to-market funnel like I’ve been doing it all my life. My brain loves connecting the dots between technology, business, people and I love turning complexity into something practical.


    I’ve been a founder more times than I can count. I’ve failed at some businesses and learned more than I’d like to admit, but I’ve also exited a few, which taught me that both failure and success feel strangely similar at 3 a.m. when you’re still working. Along the way, I’ve managed to raise millions in funding, build partnerships across industries and continents, and craft stories that landed in top-tier media. Storytelling became my secret weapon, not the fluffy kind, but the kind that gets investors to lean in and journalists to call you back.


    Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked in SaaS, adtech, aviation, and hardware. What drives me now is helping other founders avoid some of the pain I’ve been through. I step in at the messy, high-stakes moments: when growth stalls, when the team is overwhelmed, or when you just can’t see the forest full of trees. I don’t hang around forever, I fix, refocus, and step out so you can move faster and smarter.


    Outside of building and fixing companies, I’ve been lucky enough to be recognized as an Obama Foundation Europe Leader, which plugged me into a community of insanely inspiring changemakers. I currently mentor startups for BMW Foundation with the focus on energy.

    But at the end of the day, I’m just someone who’s obsessed with solving problems and making things work. I love founders because I am one and if you’re at a crossroads, I can promise you two things: I’ll be honest, and I’ll be useful.
